I just heard about this today. Apparently a few months ago, someone uploaded a video of cars racing at high speeds down Winnipeg streets. Several viewers – local no doubt – contacted the Police and in turn, two teenagers were charged with the dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, as well as several charges under the provincial Highway Traffic Act.

Winnipeg Police say they regularly monitor the website now for other illegal acts.
